Shipping, processing and order times

• Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Typically, deliveries take between 5 and 9 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Shipping costs: Free shipping.

Cancellation of order

Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once orders have been shipped, they cannot be changed.

A tracking number will be created once your order has shipped.  Click here to track your package. 

Order tracking issues

If you have any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. It may take 1-3 days for tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Contact us for an estimated delivery time.
